Cute Bunny Pics

Here are a few pictures of my up and coming boys. They are my show rabbits for the year and I think they are developing really nicely. The blue otter is Flash. He was born and raised here and is just a ham, the friendliest rabbit we have and also the fastest. It is either full speed ahead or sprawl out time for him. His mom is actually the doe in my avatar. The chocolate otter is Cocoa. We bought him at a show because we really liked him and he is sweet too, though a little more shy. We have 8 rabbits besides the boys and 2 litters due on Feb. 14. I am very excited to see what these does have. If you would like to see more of the rabbits, they do have their own website and there is a link in my signature. I would appreciate if people that don't approve of breeding would refrain from beating me up over my breeding decisions. I have heard and read it all before. I respect your right to have your own opinion, please respect mine. We make every effort to place our rabbits in good homes, provide education and after sale support and breed a limited number every year. Thanks!!

The blueish one is a blue otter and he is very cute. I love that color. His mom was our first Netherland Dwarf and I had to have her with that great color. It turned out that she was a nice show rabbit as well and has a sweet temperment, so we got the good end of the deal. I like the chocolate too though, so those are the two main colors that we are concentrating on. Thanks for the compliments on them!

Thanks guys! They are nice bunnies to have around. One of my does didn't have kits, but the other had a chocolate kit on Valentine's Day. Here is a picture of the baby at 12 days old. The eyes aren't open yet, but should be soon. We are trying to think of a Valentine-related name and are thinking Cupid for a boy, but haven't come up with anything for a girl. Any ideas?

Skratikans - I will have that visual in my head forever now. I can just picture him there with a remote.

Nikky - Best of luck to you at your shows too. Thanks!! What kind of bunnies do you show? Pictures?

Oh that baby is so stinking cute!!! I would just sit and watch him all day!! I don't know if I could not pick him up and hug and kiss him all over either. I guess it's a very good thing Ophelia is fixed.

Thanks! I catch myself picking up and playing with him/her several times a day. Thankfully, mom is pretty tolerant. I'm just waiting for the eyes to open. It likes to climb out of the nest box and crawl around the cage. I tried a new box with higher sides, but it still keeps getting out, so I think it's done with a box once it's eyes are open. Trouble...that's what I should name it, lol.
