-False Alarm- Another Bunny coming..

In my last thread I said we're getting a Mini Rex bunny off of Craigslist, well, we haven't gotten ahold of that person but another person called us today with an offer, comes with cage, bottle, everything. This rabbit is soooo adorable, too! This is our email convo:

Yes, I still have her. Someone may be interested in her, but I haven't heard back yet, so she is still looking for a new home. Here are some pictures I took of her a few days ago after I gave her a bath : )

Let me know if you are interested or if you have any questions. She is a cutie and so sweet.

Yeah, but the big question is why. A healthy rabbit will not soil itself like that: typically only rabbits kept in tiny cages, senior rabbits, rabbits with severe GI upset, and obese rabbits cannot groom themselves and "need" baths.

We are as gods to the beasts of the fields. We order the time o' their birth and the time o' their death. Between times, we ha' a duty. - Terry Pratchett.

Maybe she was just giving her bunny a bath for fun, or she does it regularily like you would bathe a dog? You should probably ask about that.
