Question New Here

Um ^o^; Yeah I'm just new here and so is my bunny, Pinata. She's a dark grey dwarf and like bunnies are, incredibly cute :3

I have a question about cleaning the cage

How do you change their cage? Well I know how to change it but I don't know if I'm "doing it right" I take out anything soiled and about half of the bedding and mix it with new bedding. I don't think that's what you usually do... ;_;

That is just fine. Some people just get rid of all the old and put all new in. But if some of the old is still good then mixing it with new is fine. I would recommend a good thurough cleaning at least once a month. That would mean taking out all the bedding and using a bleach/water mix to kill any germs/bacteria in the cage. You should clean the base and the wire. Make sure everything is rinsed good also. good luck with your new little one.
