Oliver is mad at me....

I picked him up to see if he had nipples - to respond to another post - and now he is rather annoyed with me. Oh and I also trimmed his nails a bit tonight. They both still HATE being touched which kills me. I am used to loving on my babies.
I thought that he liked it when I wrapped him somewhat in a blanket and was petting his head. He sort of tranced for a bit. Then he came out. I sat on the floor with him and fed him some salad and carrot pieces but he was eating angry. He ate some but threw some as well.
He is more tolerant than even a couple of months ago but I miss having a cuddle bunny really badly.
Oh now he is sitting smack against his sister. They have not sat that close in some time.
I still need to trim Ophelia's nails. I am sure I am going to be on her list as well after that. He is way more tolerant of handling than she is.

How long is it going to take for them to at least let me pet them? I see improvement but it's so slow!!!

My Oliver hates being held too. He starts grunting at me, he even growled at me once.

I can at least sit on the floor with him and pet him. every once and a while he will jump up on the couch with me. usually when im eating cookies because he tries to be sneaky and get a bite.

jett is the opposite though, hes a total love bug. He sees me and follows me everywhere, jumps up on me and walks around the apartment on my shoulder.

most of my buns are easy going and they love being handled but my big girl brenda is scary I will not handle her at all, she is big and skittish. I'm more scared that she will hurt herself. good luck with him and i hope he settles soon

Both of them are about 8 months old. They are brother and sister. And she is worse than he is. I have been treating them with banana chip, raisins, crasins, pineapple, and papya tabs. Every night they have a treat. I also hand feed them their salads at times. They love being handed food.
I just don't know! Ugh. My back up plan is to get a friendly bunny but Jay said I can only have 2.
