Exclamation Ollie isn't acting like himself

I'm getting kinda worried about the little guy. He's eating and drinking like normal, but he's not being very active. He has the entire apartment to play in and he normally is playing from the time we come home from work till its time for bed.

Yesterday and today he won't come out of his cage unless we bring him out and he will run back to it about ten mins later only to lay down.

I'm really worried about my Ollie. Any thing else I should look for?

His poos are normal, and he's peeing normal as well.

We are thinking about taking him back to see the vet tonight or tomorrow if things don't change.

TIA

Katy

i wonder if he may have sprained something when he jumped into the bath? i'd have the vet check his legs and ribs just to be sure

poor little guy...

Okay, so I've got a mischevious husband and a few buns...

Maybe he was just having a tired day. We all get them! But you are a good mom to be paying such close attention.

you can never be too careful

my buns can be having a tired day and then Rocko will stur everyone up and then it's a "get away from me!!" day and Rocko stomps his foot because no one will play with him.... my poor hyper-active bunny!

Okay, so I've got a mischevious husband and a few buns...

even though it's laughable when they stomp because they're just frustrated, it's a good thing that she's so happy she doesn't have anything to stomp about!

I hope so and that it's not b/c of her head tilt. She could be looking at me wanting to tell me off but not able to.
But that just makes me try even harder to make her happy all the time!

I thought it could have been from the dive into the tub too my boyfriend couldn't believe it when i told him. My bunnies have lazy days too.

My first bunny, Mr. Shake, never stomped until he met his girlfriend Dede. She is a stomper and she showed Mr.Shake how to stomp and grunt!!! she can be a REALLY loud stomper. But Mr.shake is so funny cause you can't barely hear it HAHAHAHAH

Daisy is the talker of the bunch - Charlie never said a word (other than thumping, of course) until we got her... now he'll whine and grunt at anything - whines for bananas, grunts because i moved his food dish... she taught him how to do it

Rocko is a whiner more than he's a grunter, and Mr. Creepy has only stomped at me once... he's just so laid back that he doesn't get upset too easy.... Rocko goes a mile a minute digging, whining, and biting the side of his cage for attention, while Creeps just sits calmly looking at you as if to say "Pet me?"...

Tabby may have just never been around another bunny that thumped so she never got into the habit of it, i'm sure that if she really didn't like something she'd find a way to let you know... you may have lucked into a really happy bunny!

Okay, so I've got a mischevious husband and a few buns...

Do they make a noise when they whine? my bunnies just make noise when they get upset. They make themselve really cute when they want a treat, and they know it!!!. Or just make a binky and they know they will get a treat.

The other day I came home to find the box of treats on the floor all ripped up and no treats in it. They haven't got many treats since then. They must have ate like 20 treats. I have no idea how they got on the shelves of my entertainment center

wow i just love the big variety of emoticons there are on this forum!!!!!!!

My old bunny used to thump when she was mad. Hina the only bunny I have now, that is almost 9 yrs old, jumps up in the air when she is happy. And my husband hides raisens in my toes, so she is always looking and sniffing at my toes. She's a trip. She sleeps with us in the bed at night too. You can just about train them to do anything, they are really smart.

they make short little high pitched whines, you don't really hear it unless you're listening - almost like a dog's whine but in a quiet bunny way
