playing with toys

So my bunny never plays with his toys! Well guess what...I bought a little basket from the busy bunny and put all his toys inside the basket and in his cage. I put the basket in the corner to keep it out of the way. Now since I put everything nicely away, he insists on dragging it, taking everything out of it and MAKING A COMPLETE MESS!! I am so happy I finally found a way for him to play!! HAHA!

Bunny decides to play

Thats good news, I think he was probably courious because he could not see what was in the basket, he probably thought there were carrots in there.

Smart way of using his curiosity against him id say, and now he Play Play Play, My Rabbit eh hem Cabbit Schneeball like s to play with his rattling Carrot and throw it about, with any luck your bunny will keep playing

Dusty has a dumbell type toy with a ball inside in which spins round and a weighted rabbit that bounces back up when she knocks it! she plays with them all the time, and i also found out she like a toilet roll tube stuffed with hay I think she gets bored but she won't let me pick her up out of her cage to play games She's a strange bunny sometimes

My rabbits ignore the toys I buy them half the time, but they LOVE toilet paper rolls.

I actually bought the basket from busybunny.com, it was filled with timothy hay, pine cones and some other goodies, after he ate the hay I put all his toys in it to organize his cage.

GOD FORBID I try and clean up, he just goes in the basket and throws everything around again! haha. He has also been eating the basket which is good for his teeth since he wont bite those wooden carrots and such. Everything from busybunny is eatable so it ok!

Everything on that site truely keeps them busy!
