I can only suggest that you get the biggest cage/ hutch you can afford/keep.. If they are both male get them neutered as they can fight, if both female I would suggest the same, also female bunnies who do not have babies are prone to cancer of the uterus etc.. Obviously if one is male and the other is female,( unless you want to breed from them) the male should be neutered, as its an easier op for them..
Food wise rabbit pellets are the best, fresh hay and veggies.. Mine like carrots, sweetcorn, broccolli, cabbage, and kale.. For a treat they love brown bread.. Make sure you get them a good water bottle, which you should change daily..
For the bedding of the hutch( if you get one) I use shredded paper/newspaper with straw on top..
I also make sure that they have their vaccinations for Myxamatosis annually, I don't know if that is relevant to you..
