Rabbits are very popular over here in the UK as pets, I think they are the third most popular pet after dogs and cats

Rabbits are defiantly the IN thing in Sweden.
They even have competitions where they get their rabbits to do agility things like jumping over fences and that

In the US they are popular pets . However, where I live they are considered more as farm animals for food and fur and the few people that think of them as pets have them outside in hutches and don't handle them. People think I'm crazy because mine are inside o_0.

First, HEllo and WELCOME to PT

to answer your question;

Here in the Philippines Popular pets are: Dogs (minus st. bernards, great danes, and other "cold weather" dogs), Cats, hamsters, fishes, , rabbits, and guinea pigs.

A proud "DAD" to:

A very sweet/loving and affectionate female iguana named LIZ

4 unnamed 12 yrs old turtles...

A Sweet Bassett hound - Labrador mix puppy named Ringo

Lizard owners are SWEET LOVERS...

Can't forget Canada! I wouldn't say rabbits are as popular as cats or dogs but they are readily available in pet stores and I know some people who own them too. But for shelters and rescues they are hard to find homes for.
Welcome to the forums!
