Radish

Does anyone give their buns radishes? I have seen that radish tops are okay but what about a radish?

I remember reading that you're not sapose to feed them the actual radish, but I never read why that is. I heard that radish tops, leaves, and sprouts are fine, but not to feed them the actual radish. I really don't know why, but I don't feed it to Zeus just to be on the safe side.
