Stash Playing Outside

I have some pictures of Stash playing outside the other day .

Afterwards, I took Sparkie out but those pictures weren't developed yet.

He is sooo cute! I love the colors of the harness. That one never worked when I tried it, but it seems to be great for you.

Great pictures! He's such a cutie, I just love those ears!

I was told when i adopted my buns that the lady walked them on a harness, when i put one on Baby he got all flat and his eyes were almost popping out of his head, he was terrified!
Any secrets to get them used to wearing them?

Thanks!

Some rabbits just don't like harnesses. Sakura is terrified of being outdoors and Elvis tries to chew them apart.

I usually start by petting them for a little while on my lap to calm them down and then I put the harness on without the leash and let them wear it for a little while to get used to it. Then I snap on the leash and generally they don't even notice it's on . I would start by walking them inside first before letting them outdoors. This not only gets them used to it but also you can make sure it's on correctly.

Treats always help too .
