they are getting along great :)
As some of you may recall, a few months ago I resuced two angora rabbits. they were badly matted, thin, and even had fleas. My origanal plan was to shave them, let their fur grow bad, treat the fleas, put weight on them, spay/nueter them, and then adopt them out.
Well, I got to attached to Charmin and decided to keep him. Marsha is going to her new home monday. Well, since I decided there was no way i could let Charmin go, I started bonding him with Ryo.
Ryo does not like other rabbits. I tried bonding her before and i gave up after 7 months. And then I tried bonding her again for 4 months with another rabbit, and gave up!
Well, she is doing great with Charmin!
The rabbits ignored each other, then smelled each other. Charmin mounted Ryo and she was fine with that. then they laid next to each other stretched out grooming! I am so glad that they had a good first date.
It looks like Ryo finally clicked with a another rabbit!
so yup, Charmin is definitely not going anywhere now!
