What does this gesture means?

Anyone knows what this gesture means? I was wondering since yesterday was the first time I saw him doing that.

I've heard that buns will rub thier chins/faces on things to mark them with thier scent. I'm not positive that's what's really going on, but it sure looks like what they're doing!

Was there anything around at that time that could have frightened him?

It looks like "submit pose" to me. Did he do it right after being petted? My bunnies go into that pose whenever I touch their heads or ears. Its normal, don't worry!

Caesar used to do that sometimes when being petted. I wouldn't worry about it.

Yep, both Sonora and Rusty will stay in that pose until I stop petting them. They go into a trance and stay that way for a few minutes after I stop. Its cute. Don't worry Sandra, I'm sure your bun is just fine.

Yeah I was petting him and he stayed that way! So that means he liked having his head petted?! I thought I scared him or something because he got that way when I was kissing his head for a long time.

That is a relaxed position, meaning he likes being pet and kissed. If he was scared, he would be all in a tight ball with his ears flat against his head and trying to make himself look as small as possible (the smaller you are, the easier it is to hide).

It means "pet me ... NOW!"

Bleety demands a good pet all the time.
