what does it mean when he lays like this

im trying to learn all of Oliver's behavior. He sits like this all the time. Im sure all you long time rabbit owners know. Whats it mean?

He is just comfy. When they lay all bunched up ready to run they are prepared for predators, thats why you don't see the pose your bun is doing much in wild rabbits, they never feel that safe.

My buns all do this! Its sooo cute lol. My girl bun even rolls over and lays on her back with her legs in the air lol she is such a lazy lady!!

lol I love when Holly lies in funny positions, he stretches out quite often now. (As I say, long rabbit is long!) If I'm lucky I can catch him flopping on his side, but he doesn't stay like that for long yet.

As others have said, that's a relaxed bunny! He must feel very comfortable in your home .

I had a rabbit that would sprawl out in the middle of the hallway and would refuse to move, haha. We had to be careful not to step on her .

Aw like everyone else said, he's just relaxed.

Wait untill he starts doing dead bunny flops - when they flop over on their sides to relax or sleep and look dead, lol. Ziggy is the king of them and I'm always afraid he's actually dead, I have to go in the room and make sure he's still breathing.

well if this is what you mean. it was the funniest thing seeing him flop over. he layed there for a while and checked on him and he got up irritated and layed down in the other room.

OMG too funny!! Thats what I was meaning when I said Akina flops down.It looks like she half-seizures too while she stretches her legs out,scared me too many times
