Well I finally decided to categorize the smilies. 
Feel free to suggest a different category for one if you think it fits better too! I was kind of at a loss for what to do with some of them.

I am not seeing any smilie lists to the right of the reply box - just an fyi. You can still get it from the wysywig or however thats spelled.

I disabled that, actually. Since the WYSIWYG has a dropdown box, it should display the same 12 smilies and save us some bandwidth. You'd fall over if you saw last month's numbers.

That's great. The smilies are a necessity. They're like little pets all to themselves.
