You've got.....a lot of wrong ideas. You NEVER breed out of desperation to make money. NEVER. For one thing, you always need to have the money, time, and place to put any animals you can't find homes for. That requires....money. You need the time out of your day to take care of them, make sure the mama is doing well and eating and such, and if you're so young as someone else mentioned in a previous post, according to your profile, then you have school, school work, socialization with your friends, and the other family living with you and their distractions to think about.
How are you going to have the space to breed birds, mice, and god only knows what else you want to breed, living in a house with two families?
You can't breed pet store critters, you'll be spreading ill genes all over the globe. And if someone is interested in adopting some of your animals, hypothetically, if they see all the animals aren't in peak conditions with adequate space, feed, etc... they may very well report you to authorities as a backyard breeder. Know what will happen then? People will come on, and take most, if not all, of the animals under your roof.
..Do you really want to risk that?
