Let's face it I'll get them first when ever I do breed again.

Oh geez...been awhile on this thread and i just don't have good news to report...

of the 4 left..one has passed away weeks ago...I totally didn't expect it,he was even feeding the youngest one in the flight..both of them lived on the perch at the bottom. They have irregular flights, and just goes to show that overbreeding can cause problems.Even though it wasn't intentional, they just don't seem strong enough...and if that wasn't bad enough..having put that little baby with mommy in the girls cage, there was one in the boys cage..Tweetster found a new home....the all yellow one. so there are only 2 with me. I had 3 boys pass away in a day today! 2 twin brothers but from different clutches, and a fairly newer one. I feel the temp drop for these young ones is too much.and even now seeing my last baby is starving...hes so skinny..eating but not enough to gain weight.and is just not as active as the rest. I hope the best for him,but just dont think he will make it in a few days. i hope i'm wrong its very sad to see my INO boys go. my Spangle too.

How adorble!!! Did you hand feed the clutch? I was really impressed that you had them perched on your finger in one of the photos above. I would really like to have my rescue bird trained, but don't know that much about it. Since you can handle your birds without getting bit you are way ahead of me. LOL. I was thinking about getting the videos in the link that follows, can you tell me if you think this is a good idea.http://www.birdtricks.com/Cockatoos/
