Parrotlets?

What does everyone think of them, im considering getting one, theyre known to do well with other birds, so maybe even consider introducing him to my orange weaver bird? Any imput, thanks

Parrotlets are like like any bird, problems usually arise from the owner. Do your research to see if they are the kind of bird you want, and if they'll fit into your lifestyle.

Don't believe all the generalizations you read about different species of birds. See what yours are like before you make any radical decisions about keeping them. Every bird is different.

I don't think mixing species is a good idea. Sometimes the birds will seem to get along fine for days or weeks (maybe years), ...then you find someone with a broken leg, ...or worse. It's not worth the risk just for the "cool factor".
