Polly and Stella, my cockatiels.

Polly is the oldest cockatiel. My sister Willie gave him to me in 1988. Stella is the newest bird. I don't know how old she is, really. They are pretty cute when they play!

Stella loves her baths. She will even get in their drinking cup( if I don't put a bath bowl in there with them!) Polly will be trying to get a drink and Stella will step in and start splashing him!

Polly likes to run up and start wolf whistling in her face and saying "Hello pretty bird " as loud as he can!

They both like to play the game "mom, I got my toe hung!" to get me to notice them. They are such little clowns!

They are sweeties! Polly has a few words. He mostly wolf whistles and says "hello pretty bird". He also whistles the tune of "Mary had a little lamb". They both love music boxs.

They call him a normal grey, more like the wild form of cockatiel. His name is polly. I didn't know what sex he was for months until he changed to his mature colors, so he got the name polly. Both a female and male name. He seems to never go through the ugly stage of molting like Stella does.

I always worry a little bit when he wolf whistles and the gas man is out side. I think hush "Polly That man will think its me whistling at him". LOL!

Jodi, I didn't say that. That was my miserable attempt to quote Mystic Cat, and I failed.

How do you make your quotes bold?

You thought that was funny. I could tell you a funny story about a training tape that trains birds to talk. LOL! But I will wait till tomorrow to tell about that one.
