would a mouse get along with a rat?

I had 2 rats but one has been dead for a while, the other outlived it by almost a year i think. I think it might be lonely, so would a mouse get along with it? I read stories that the people tried and would find mouse bones later, or that they cuddle each other

No! In fact, most rats will kill a mouse. There's no way you should risk the life of an animal on the off chance they might be buddies. Get your rattie another rat friend.

No! Rats are predators of mice and would most likely kill the mouse.

hehe,, my friend had a hairless rat and she got all scratched up by her other females,, the only spare cage they had was the big mouse cage,, with one male mouse,, uh yea they get along but I do agree I would not recommend trying it,, this is a fluke cuz the rat was feeling wonky im guessing,, I have heard many times a rat killed a mouse.
