Class: Algae Eater

Swimming Range: Bottom

Adult Length: 4-5 inches

Feeding Habits: Fresh zucchini, spinach, green beans, peas and algae. Frozen vegetable diet and freeze dried algae wafers and pellets also accepted.

Compatibility: A peaceful loner when they are juveniles. Adults tend to be very aggressive and territorial.

Habitat: India-Thailand: Moderately decorated with rocks, live plants and driftwood. Breeding Unknown Additional Comments Albino Algae Eaters will sometimes attach themselves to the other fish in the aquarium and cause skin wounds.
