Crickets for Fish

The other day I had a couple left over crickets. So I put one into my Aquarium and my Senegal Bicher went to the top and snatched it. I was wondering if its alright to feed the fish crickets, kinda dumb question I know, lol

Perfectly fine, so long as they are appropriate size.....insects and bugs make up a large part of many fish species' diets in the wild.

*Ghost Shrimp as Food*

Thats awesome! I may just make crickets as a part of her regular diet, I suppose worms would be great to use to since I heard bichers are known for eating meatier foods. Do you know anything else that would be great to feed her?
When I bought the Bicher the pet store told me all it ate was crustaceans. I bought a dozen Ghost Shrimp but i'm not sure if she is using them for food. I thought maybe the cricket made her sick cause the shrimp have been poking/crawling on her and all else. Usually she'll snap at them.
