i always kill my apple snails

why?????

i think my apple snail that i just got died today, he always plays dead so i'm not sure but i took him out to see and he smells bad

i don't know why mine always die right away

my fish are doing good, and my common snails are doing well

my water levels are fine

You say that your water parameters are "fine" but could you post the actual numbers? That will help a lot .

What do you feed your snails?

i don't know the numbers, i had it tested at the pet store and they said everything should be fine for a snail

i feed them algea wafers i have live plants in there too

Find out what the pH is because that could be your problem. Get the number, don't just take the pet store's word for it.

Apple snails should eat vegetables, too, especially ones rich in calcium (spinach is good for that).

and by always i mean 2, in a year, my petstore might not be the best for snails either, i have only gotten them from one place, i've given it collard greens but it didn't eat them
