Talking Pics of Mr. Wiggles

Today my boyfriend adopted a lucky little fish. Don't mind the no gravel part. He's in QT before I put him with my other fish. I believe he is a black moor at least thats what the petstore had him labeled as.We named him Mr. Wiggles

Awe, he's so cute, and I love his name ... Mr. Wiggles! What other fish is he going to be living with when he's out of quarantine?

Mr. Wiggles didn't make it through qt. I am glad you guys loved his pic and name. He would've lived with a fancy goldfish two standard gold fish and next door to a koi fish.

Thats cool! I am interested in setting up another tropical tank again too or get some cichlids again!

Oh...just to let you know, chinese algae eaters can get fairly large. They are sold in pet stores when they are tiny and they fail to inform you that chinese algae eaters grow.An ottocinclus stays tiny and is a good algae eater!

Yup! They also get very, very aggressive and stop eating algae...once older they prefer meaty foods o_o;. Like fish.

Otos are great...just make sure to get a small group rather then one .

Oh yeah,I forgot to add that.I had a chinese algae eater and he grew up to a few inches and started going after the other fish in the tank.

Yes,oto's like to be in groups of at least 4 or 5.I had 4 before and they were awesome.

I love that fish!! I have a black moore and he is about 1 and 1/2 (I think) He is just now changing to gold!?!?! Are they supossed to? I think they are, but he is still pretty he did look like your fish...my favorite part about them is their huge eyes and the way they wiggle. I'm assuming that is why you named it that...none the less a very cute name and fish!
