Shell dweller eggs?(Neolamprologus multifasciatus)

I was looking in at my tank and saw that there were what looked to be eggs but i really dont know what they are, they're small, white, and sphere-ish. I'll post a pic if someone replies.

Oh and a couple fell out of the shell and another shell dweller ate one of them...

Edit: It wasn't eating them, it picked them up with its mouth and put them in the back of a different shell, it has done this with at least 4 eggs, so there are probably more in a different shell.

ok, no replies yet so here is the pic, there could possibly be more deeper inside the shell, idk tho. i didnt see the eggs until i repositioned the shell. i didnt really move it around too much though. i see that 2 of the eggs have fallen out of the shell. how many of the eggs are expected to survive? and what should i do to save the fry. thanks in advance

sorry for the large picture and bad quality but i am certain that these white balls are not part of the substrate
