Sherwood ( What a carper )

This is my British version of a Koi, not nearly as colourfull and a bit shy too, but Sherwood and Mosschops are top of the tank.

Sherwood is a Mirror Carp, In Sport fishing in Europe mirror and leather carp are the most sought after of all the carp, in lakes a Mirror carp can be very large and weigh in an excess of 60 lbs or more.

SHERWOOD

Note : If that was a real pond or lake he would find it very easy to blend into the background, he's a very good natural colouring.

He's sort of a Grey colour on top with the shiny mirror scales.

= ^ _ ^ =

Yes he is very different, shy too after all he is a wild fish deep down.

60 lbs is a lot of carp..how big of a tank do you ultimately plan on keeping him in?
