I'm very sorry for your losses but planaria don't kill fish. Either it was because of something else or they were anchor worms .

^^^I'm strongly guessing it was anchor worms. When I did a search I saw what I had wasn't anchor worms @ all & was indeed planaria

R.i.P little fishies though! I'm so sorry Dawna!
