What are my Barbs doing??

Sasami you could proabably answer this question, I hope

I took a video of it cuz it's too hard to explain. Some kinda weird dance, lol. And the smaller barb goes really pale sometimes and within a few minutes is really bright again? One more question...why do they sleep vertical, like with their head pointed downward?

Looks like a courting dance to me. But I don't keep Tiger Barbs personally .

I have no idea why they sleep like that . Probably just because it's comfortable.

It looked more like courting then actually mating but even if they mate the eggs probably won't survive/hatch. You'd have to actually be purposely trying to raise the fry .
