Roxie Needs a Home
Okay, here is Roxie's story:
She is a American Pitbull Terrier who due to malnutrition from a previous owner looks to be more like an American Staffordshire Terrier. She is a very short and very sweet little girl. She has been around kids and is fairly timid with them and around new people. Roxie was born in November of 2002 and was one of 13 puppies in the litter. Roxie's previous owners basically starved her and when we got her, she weighed in at only 15 pounds. Today, she is a healthy 32 lbs and has been spayed. She is great with other dogs, but needs to be fed separetely as she still has some food agression towards other dogs. We don't know about her and cats as we don't have any. She does NOT have food aggression towards people. Roxie was going to be adopted by a friend of mine, but as she is young, still taking college classes and working full time, she doesn't have the time for Roxie that she should, so she is up for adoption.
We will be requiring an adoption form to be filled out and criminal background check will be preformed before the adoption will be concluded. If anyone is interested in giving this girl a loving and forever home, please PM me for details. A small adoption fee may be required to cover background check costs.
You'll have to excuse her, she blinked!
