Urgent- can any one help? 3 cats ny state, guinea pigs, rabbits, degus

Hello, 3 cats that were rescued in horrible conditions today need to find a foster home with out any other cats due to upper respitory problems.

These guys were confiscated today and I could not leave them there, 3 males, very sweet, malnurished, 2 have upper respitory problems. They are in a temporary foster home until they can be replaced.
Two of the males one black long hair and one orange will make it, but the 3rd black long hair who is a little bit smaller, may not. Hes very week, and was very hungary and dehydrated. If any one can help please email me at [email protected]
I would of taken these guys my self but I can't risk anything with the cats and kittens here. If any one can help with vet care also that would be very helpful, any donations or anything that can go towards there situation would be more than appriciated.
There is also 3 guinea pigs all females 2 of which look to of suffered heat stroke at some point, they are skinny, and went through 2 water bottles in about an hour. There are also 3 male rabbits, very well tempered, and 13 degus.
Im located near rochester ny state.

Which Rochester are you located in? There's two, and one's like five hours away from me but the other one is closer and I might be able to help with the degus, rabbits, or guinea pigs (can't have cats, my mum's allergic) don't know, though.
