Do leopard gecko's usually jump?

A few night's ago, I was looking at her on her rock (hiding place), and then all of a sudden she jump's into her food bowl. Her food bowl is about a foot away, and she jumped like a frog. Is that normal?

Cleo likes to think she can jump out of her cage... she jumps to the top and bumps her head against the screen lid.

My turtle tries and jumps out of the water if you hold a superworm or a piece of meat, like bologna,turkey...etc just above the water!
