Meet.....

No name my new gargoyle gecko I just picked up at the expo. He is one of 4 gargoyle that I counted and best of all he was the cheapest

He is 3 months old and needing a name. Suggestions are welcome.

I am surprised my mother let me get him, my dad on the other hand doesn't need to know.....

He is cute! Looks like he is smiling!
How different is their care from leos and cresties?

Thanks.

I am still brushing up and expanding my knowledge on gargoyle geckos (impulse purchase, I know bad bad bad) but from what I know gargoyles are similar to crested geckos. They eat the same food (CGD) and require the same set-ups so the care if practically the same.

Gargoyles do grow bigger then crested geckos though and reach about 9 inches long.

I have read that a lot of gargoyles turn their little noses up to bugs... which is great

How cuteee~~! You're making me want some sort of reptile now! I like the name kamodo..or zilla..(god zilla, LOL) but I suck at a naming.

You put a baby in a crib with an apple and a rabbit. If it eats the rabbit and plays with the apple, I'll buy you a new car.

CUTE!!!
OMG, your REALLY making want some kind of gecko now! My mom wont let me get one though, cause she thinks having one 2 foot long lizard will be enough LOL I think Ill ask for one for my birthday anyway...
His long little face makes him kinda look like a mini alligator or crocadile... I think Al would be a cute name for him! Do you know for sure that its a he?
Just out of curiosity, how much does one cost? Do they need a big tank since they get so big?

Thanks everyone

None of the names seem to be fitting for him yet, but thanks for the suggestions keep 'em coming.

I am unsure of him gender at the moment since I haven't been able to get a good look but I am going to call him a him for now. He is only about 9 grams right now (a gram heavier than Tiny).

I bought him for $80.00. He was actually the cheapest gargoyle gecko at the show, the others were $125.00 each.

He will need at least a 20 gallon once he is full grown. Iwill probably end up making a tub enclosure for him since i am running out of room to house everything

Another lizard to add to the list of choices for which reptile I might want to get someday.
