Micro gecko baby!!

I just found a baby Tropiocolotes steudneri!! Never knew there was an egg
This species doesn't require an incubator, I knew that much, I just never expected this!
He's 2 cm from nose to end of the tail!!

The species goes by several common names Sand Gecko, Micro Gecko, Pygmy Gecko, often with "African", "Egyptian", "Saharan" or some other place in Africa where they are found prefixing it.

They're a cool little gecko, congrats. There are many species of gecko that don't need to have their eggs incubated to hatch, as long as their cage is set up properly. I'm waiting patiently on my first attempt with crested geckos myself.

Very awesome, perhaps I should try with some of my geckos sometimes...

Congratulations on the new baby

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. (1 Corinthians 13:4)
