American Eskimo Dog

So, my roommate brought home an American Eskimo dog yesterday but the people who sold it to her did not mention if she was Standard, Miniature, or Toy. She's five months old and I haven't weighed her on a scale but I'd say she weighs about 8 lbs and is about 10 inches tall at the shoulder. Does anybody know what size she will be fullgrown?

no it wont, a big dog will be over 30 lbs at 5 months old. that wouldn't be a toy though, i'm guessing around 35 lbs at most full grown

My vet told me that my dachshund would double its weight at about 4-5 months old as an adult. I've never had a bigger dog, but I think this would be true for them as well??? Anyone else agree? Harvey is 7.5 lbs (at about 5 months old) and expected to get 14-15lbs as an adult.

The standard size is the largest in the breed. They can stand at 15-19 inches at the shoulder.
