dog peeing frequently

i have a 12 week old boxer puppy. she does really good about not peeing in her kennel, today i came home from work at about 615 it is now 910, she had peed in her kennel today which waws unusual and has peed about 15 times its not a whole lot of pee but way more than a few drops. this is not normal for her and im just not sure if i need to take her to the vet or not, im worried. i gave her worm meds today but she has had them before and no side effects and i put some diatomacous earth on the lawn for fleas and she went out in it for a quick second but that stuff is animal safe i douple checked side affects on that and there is none your supposed to be able to put it on them too. the only thing i can think of is a bladder infection but her pee doesnt seem unnormal in color just peeing very frequently?? any advice

I would call the vet since this is not normal for your pup. Could be a UTI (urinary-tract infection) or something else.

You have to remember puppies cannot hold their bladders too well and even if they appear fully housetrained, may still have accidents.
