hip dysplasia

Hello everybody, I am posting my message on this forum hoping that someone knows something. For days I tried to find on the internet the information i need but had no success. So, here it is:

I am the owner of a great dog, a 9 months old Chow Chow.
4 weeks ago I have found that my dog has hip dysplasia.
He is displastic at both hips, 3 degrees dysplasia
The vet that examined the dog told me that a surgery is imminent. And he
indicated an intervention using Biocompatible Osteoconductive Polymer(BOP).
Here I quote- a composite material consisting of a copolymer matrix of methylmethacrylate and n-vinylpirollidone and calcium gluconate,
reinforced with nylon fibers. It is used mainly in human medicine.

On the internet i found a manufacturer called Norbridge Medical Ltd with the headquarters in Belgium but when i tried to call them ....nothing. It seems the company no longer exists.
The big problem is that we don’t know the producer of this polymer and we want to order it for the surgery. Please, if you can help me with such information: from your knowledge, who's producing this polymer? Do you know any companies in Europe, USA anywhere else?
Thank you very much for your help,
Best regards

I'm not sure of all the details, but Deb may know more about that having been there not to long ago.

Whatever happens, I wish you the best of luck.

This company mentions BOP
http://www.acrtucson.com/products/Biomaterials/

BOP also goes by, "BioCompatible Polymer". These sites mention biocompatible polymer.
