Kiwi is sick

Kiwi has been throwing up all yesterday and this morning she has been refusing any food EVEN eggs.

She was also a little dehydrated last night and I hand to syring water into her mouth.

We still don't know what wrong with her, but you can tell shes not feeling so great. She is just sleeping in a towel on puppy mats.

My mom has made an appotment to bring her in at 12:00 so hopefully its nothing serious.

Ok new update!! My mom let her up to do what she had to do and she came back in with a bloody poop and its smells terrible. I went out side to get a sample of it can't find any so my mom got as much as she can off her butt and put it in a bag for the vet.

My dad did a search on what it could be and the symptoms fit with parvovirus, so please pray that its something else.

She's been vomiting liquids, since her stomach is empty.

Ok well we just got back from the vets and she thinks it just something Kiwi got into and ate outside. She sent us home with 2 differnent medication and gave Kiwi a shot to help calm her stomach. And if Kiwi has any more diarrhea or vomiting tonight to bring her to emergency for to put on an IV of fluids and get injected antibiotics.

Kiwi is only allowed ice cubes to day and tomorrow we can give her a little rice with hamburger/chicken. Right now she is all tucked in, in the bottom of the crate (I took the top off). She already seems better, I am guessing the shot made her feel much better

Nothing has been ruled out yet and puppies are more prone to parvo than dee
dogs. I had to give her a warm bath outside ( oh the indigignity Kiwi suffers) because her rear was covered in blood and she REAKED. She seems to be feeling a little better which is good, she hasn't had any more diareeah (sp) or vomitting but she is still not her self.
