Wink Maggie Moo

My poor Maggie took a trip to the vets yesterday

She had her first season and went straight into a phantom pregnancy and has pulled all the fur out around her back end etc.Well phantom babies should have been born by now and she should have returned to her normal self but she hadnt and she was constantly scratching and chewing her skin........NO FLEAS were in sight and she had been frontlined and wormed etc so i knew that wasnt the problem! Anyhow we took her to the vets yesterday and her gland at the back were FULL and thats what has been causing the itching etc so they drained her glands and gave her a jab to help with the itching and they say her fur should return in a few days or at least start to! I think my baby feels a whole lot better now and i am so glad! She is going in next month to be spayed so she will hate me all over again on the next visit to the vet lol
