Poor Tanner!

David said he started whining around 4am to be let out and he ran out, then again at 6am, which is odd for him, since he usually waits till 6.30 or 7 to go out, and he doesn't usually whine. I woke up around 8 and he seemed to be panting alot, so i let him out of his crate to talk to him and he went running to the door, and once outside he went running out to the corner. so yeah.. i guess they call it the runs for a reason huh? Anyway. I'm thinking its just stress, because, well we had a long day yesterday. we took our old bed, and an old couch from the living room to the dump, and got a new bed, totally cleaned and re-arranged our bedroom, and David re-arranged the living room too, moving tanners bed of course. So i think he may just be stressed out from everything moving around and things coming and going But i don't know what to do for him? I would think no food/treats and lots of water? Anything else? If hes not any better by this afternoon I'll call the vet. My poor puppy

I hope Tanner feels better soon.
Make sure he has alot of water, because "the runs" can certainly dehydrate a dog.

Wheat is meant to be good for that problem, also rice and chicken is what the vet advises

Thanks everyone, He seems to be doing alittle better, atleast hes not running outside anymore. And the last couple times i let him out i dont think he did anything. he does seem a bit tired, or sad, but im really thinking the whole thing was prolly caused by moving the living room around, because it does look completely different in there, even to me. And its been the other way pretty much since we brought him home, and his kennel has never been moved before. And we pretty much moved everything around in there, right before bed, so maybe he didnt have enough time to get used to the idea.
Hes hungry now tho, and wanting food, not sure if thats a good idea or not. I was thinking i would make him some rice or something, but reading around online some people say its a good idea, and others say its better to give them small amounts of there own food, so i dunno. i think i'll wait a bit longer before feeding him anything.
