Why does my dog sneeze when I tell him to speak?

When I tell him to speak, he will sneeze a couple times, then get the bark out? lol.

my yorkie, penny, always sneezes when she gets excited. i bet that's it! he's just really excited.

lol shadow does exactly the same thing! lol when you tell her to say "please"(sit up and bark) she sits up and sneezes on you! lol
