Can't Stop Touching Her Eyes

I am pretty lucky - mine are not afraid of too much. They both seem to be freaked out by anything outside where it isn't supposed to be. It is a bit annoying because we have kids that live all around us. If they leave a toy or ball out in their yard the dogs freak!
Belle is afraid of the vacuum. She keeps moving from room to room to keep away from me.
If I get an animated holiday toy they get freaked by that until the novelty wears off.
Oh and Frank (who really isn't afraid of much) gets crazy barking if he's a sleep and suddenly woken up. He just barks his head off. Luckily he doesn't do it if he's sleeping in his kennel.
