Jabs & Stump are gone tonight :(

Well, the Bird and Small Animal Rescue have found a foster home for them and this guy will most likely adopt them as well since Im supplying the tank and junk. He already has 2 RES and was apparently "watching" Jabs and Stump for a couple months on the rescue site.
He emailed me a couple nights ago and Ive been keeping in contact and tonight when I get home, Matt and I have to completley drain the tank and clean everything then buddy is coming and whisking them away to a new life.
I'll miss my little guys, heck, Jabori Ive had for almost 13 years and Stumpy Ive had for about 4 or 5.
I hope he keeps me updated on my little troopers!

I will indeed. I'm sure they will go to a better home. I've been unable to REALLY be anal about the tank for the last 2-3 cleanings. And not only could I not afford feeder fish but PetCity did not have any since before christmas. So I think as long as buddy keeps in touch with me, I'll be ok.

I'm sorry, I know it's going to be hard . I bet they'll have an awesome home, though!

The man who came was super friendly about it. He didnt seem wierded about me referring to them as my little boys and understands that they were important to me. He's gonna add me to facebook so we can keep in touch ^^ And he also was only coming here to pick them up for foster initially but assured me he was gonna contact the rescue tonight and tell her he'll adopt them!
