My tortoises

Heres pics of my two horsfield tortoises, ive had them for a while now and they have great little characters.

We have called them tank and ivan. In the pic where they are eating brocoli tank is the one that has the scab on his neck. Ivan did it while trying to climb over him to get to the veg thankfully its healed now.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. (1 Corinthians 13:4)

"For the animal shall not be measured by man. In a world older than ours they move finished and complete, gifted with extensions of the senses we have lost or never attained, living by voices we shall never hear. They are not brethen, they are not underlings; they are other nations caught with ourselves in the net of life and time, fellow prisoners of the splendor and travail of the earth."
