Unhappy sick turtle

please help me how can I do for my little turtle. it's not eating and staying in one spot moving very rearly.

take it to the vet it may be something as simple as your heat is too low but i wouldnt chance it

It's not that easy to provide a proper habitat for turtles. Going to a good retile vet is a great way to be sure you are taking the best care possible of your little friend.
