I think probably between the hours 4-8pm in north america but there is always people on paw talk

I don't think the turtle forums are very active though but most of the others are.

There are people on at all different times thoughout the day...for example I am on now and it is 3:49am! But the reptile forums here are not very active at all.

Not a ton of turtle folks here, and most don't post unless they have a question, or something to say about their turtles. For just the 'normal' chatter and gossip, there are other topics (like general animal discussion or the water cooler) to post under.
