Exclamation How many worms should I feel my ACF's?

Each of my frogs are about 1.75-2 inches length wise w/ thick healthy thighs and the most adorable flippers.

Their absolute max food wise is 3 live red wigglers (they are a little smaller than earth worms!). Over-feeding can be a huge problem though and I wanted to see what you guys think?!

How many worms at a time and how often should I be feeding them...? Any advice would be great!!!

I usually fed my frogs about three times a week. The amount of food varied, especially since I fed a bunch of different things. Feeding two or three wigglers a few times a week seems fine .

I have no idea. Are they definitely African clawed frogs (many people mix them up with African dwarf frogs)? They're fairly young if they're that small .

Yes, I am sure! I also, have an African Dwarf frog & compared to him they look nothing alike. Also, the 3 claws tells it all.
