Foot and Mouth.

Yup, it's back

Not good, have a look on local news sites.

Found at a farm in Surrey (UK)

Just a warning anyway, it's all over the news.

2007 UK foot-and-mouth outbreak
Main article: 2007 United Kingdom foot-and-mouth outbreak
An outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease in the United Kingdom was confirmed by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, on 3 August 2007, at a farm located between Wyke and Flexford in Surrey England.[1][2] All livestock on the premises were culled on 4 August. A nationwide ban on the movement of cattle and pigs has been imposed, with a three kilometre protection zone currently in place around the affected farm and a further ten kilometre zone of cattle surveillance. Other potential cases are being investigated.[3]

On the 4 August the strain of the virus was identified as one linked to vaccines and not normally found in animals, described as a 01 BFS67 – like virus, isolated in the 1967 outbreak.[4] It is the same strain as used at the nearby Institute for Animal Health and Merial Animal Health Ltd at Pirbright, 2Ĺ miles (4 km) away which was named as a possible source of infection.

Your talking about this type in cattle, right?.

There is another type that is called ...Hand, foot and mouth disease,...but it is different and quite common among kids of certain ages.

And it's called Foot and Mouth, because the cattle get sores around their feet and their mouth.
