More Wink Pics... LOTS of them!!!
Heres my lil baby beardie, Wink! I cant believe Ive already had him over 3 weeks... Time goes so fast! I cant believe That he was going to be put to sleep either. Hes such a sweetie!
Wink is now a whopping 6 1/2 in long, and 10.4 grams. He hasnt grown as much as I think he should....
Anyway, enjoy the pics!

During his bath:

On his log:

Here his newly re-arranged tank! I finally get him his own digital thermometer (he was barrowing the hermit crabs) yesterday! His basking spot is around 118*F and the cool side is 85*F. His UVB is a ReptiSun 5.0 (they where out of 10.0).

Here is his eye with the abscess... Its kinda hard to take clear pics of his teeny tiny eye, but these arent too bad. The abscess is the white thing in the front corner of his eye, and you can see the acuall eye ball in the back corner. Hes getting it removed in 6 months.

Haha, Im having too much fun with the lil guy! Smudge doesnt mind him either, because Wink cant eat the massive bunches of green I got him all by him self, so Smudge gets alot of those LOL.
I found out Wink LOVES basil leaves this morning... He practically inhales the stuff!

Man, these pictures make me want a beardie! I had a hard time choosing between them and a crested gecko.....Wink is too cute though!

LOL, I say go with the beardie! Im probably a little biased though :P
I got to hold some full grown ones today (for the first time ever) and they are such sweeties! Hehe, they love to snuggle under your chin! Theyre very squishy too, which is always a plus... I love squishy pets.

LOL, I didnt think I would want a beardie either... I was always more into ball pythons and snakes than any kind of lizard. But since Ive adopted Wink, I found out theyre acually like the perfect pet for me! Ive always wanted some thing that will just sit with you or ride around on your shoulder. And Wink LOVES to cuddle! Sounds weird for a reptile, but he loves it when I hold him and rub his head... He dozes off LOL. Too cute!
Ive trying to get my 20 gal set up for him. I have to build my own lid for it, and make it so that I can mount his UVB and basking light inside of it. Oh the joy.
