Bio-Spira is great. You add it directly to the filter media or bio-wheel at the same time you add fish. There is no need to add fish food or anything...it works better in new tanks with fresh water....

Wow. That's a lot of fish to get at once. I'm hoping you cycled your aquarium already. It's usually better if you only add a few fish at a time to a new tank...otherwise you risk having ammonia...

A school of fancy guppies would be great in a 30-gallon :). I wouldn't do mollies. The reason is, they do best when they have at least some salt in their water...and that would bother your frog....

I'm pretty sure they usually don't get larger then six inches :). Bala and Black Sharks are the ones that get really big.

You would only be able to get one as they are supposed to be aggressive...
