Is there anything you guys do to minimize the smell of your rats?

I am looking for a new cage for 8-10 rats online. I'm not sure what the exact measurements should be. I have a ton of 4-6 rat cages, but I need to consolidate. Does anyone know a link to a cage that would fit 8-10 rats???

Currently my rats have a cage by Super Pet...the 2 level Habitat Defined. I'm thinking of moving them into a cage from Martin's Cages...but one thing: I'm worried about the fact his are all wire! Won't that hurt their little paws? All of my guys have their ramps, shelves, etc in smooth plastic...
