African Grey Breeding

Ok, I have an African Grey Parrot named Congo. He's 35 years old and I have a friend who has a female African Grey she wants to bring over to bond and hopefully breed. Her female is 6 years old and quiet, which my boy is not.

My question is, what age typically do female African Greys start to breed? My boy is a lover, but I don't know if he will look at her as a potential mate or not. Her eyes are not black, which I know is the sign of immaturity, but I can't find anything else that would help me beyond that.

Any ideas or feedback would be helpful.
